With the success of his hit podcast, The Office Deep Dive, actor and podcast host extraordinaire Brian Baumgartner (AKA Kevin Malone) is taking you even deeper (that’s what she said) into The Office AND more of your favorite TV shows. Each week, Brian will sit down with a new guest to talk about their favorite jobs. They’ll laugh, cry, and crack plenty of inappropriate jokes as they discuss the inner workings of the television industry, their favorite moments on set, never-before-told stories and secrets, and moving on from their most iconic roles. Fans will get to be the third wheel with their favorite stars as they learn everything they never wanted to know, and then some. If you loved The Office Deep Dive, you will truly love Off The Beat, featuring interviews with your favorite Office guest stars, TV personalities, athletes and more…

Betsy Beers
Brian’s guest today is legendary producer Betsy Beers, the genius behind shows like Scandal, Private Practice, Inventing Anna, Grey’s Anatomy, and many more. While she won’t divulge any spoilers about the new season of Bridgerton (much to Brian’s chagrin), she will recount her days of auditioning badly across America, being brutally honest with fancy people, and 23 years of partnership with Shonda Rhimes.

Kelly AuCoin
Today Brian is swapping hair care tips for the follicly challenged with actor Kelly AuCoin. The conversation highlights include Kelly's unique upbringing as a Congressman's son, the worst wig of his career, and his process for embodying Dollar Bill Stern on Billions (hint: it's more than just a closely shaved scalp). Listeners can see Kelly in his role as president of the LA Clippers on Hulu's Clipped, premiering this week.

Josh Pais
Wearing child-sized headphones, Brian hears from actor’s actor Josh Pais. Apart from his fruitful career in film and television, they go deep about physical acting technique, the theoretical physics of using a toaster oven, and uncovering his story to shed the image of “that guy”. Brian helps him uncover his own story, from being one of the original Ninja Turtles, developing his own method of actor training, and now writing his own book. Josh can be seen starring in A Man in Full, now streaming on Netflix.

I feel God in this podcast!
Brian Baumgartner podcasts are what you need. I loved every single minute of An Oral History of The Office and I am loving every second of The Office Deep Dive. I laughed and cried and I keep doing it. It’s the best moment of the week with Office Ladies and it is really helping me coping in this COVID times. If you love The Office you will adore this podcast and it will make you feel nostalgic but also happy, because it’s something simple and isn’t that kind of the point?
Love Brian and love The Office!
