    Examples of new business categories are:
    1. Tesla creating the 'direct to consumer' and single brand dealership only model.
    2. EXP Realty creating a completey virtual, no brick and mortar real estate brokerage model with profit sharing and recurring revenue model. 
    3. Netflix creating the mail order with no late fees movie and game rental model, which eventually led to the digital streaming model.
