I've wanted to start a podcast for quite a while, just to have a chat with people and listen to their story, but go a bit deeper and more behind the scenes to what everyone knows. "The Third Face" is an old Japanese proverb. The Japanese say you have three faces. The first face, you show to the world. The second face, you show to your close friends, and your family. The third face, you never show anyone. I want to find peoples third face!

Harvey Basford is my brother in law and we decided to have a chat whilst playing a few games on the PS4. please excuse the excessive button pressing (it always gets competitive!) Harvey lives down in Cornwall and is studying for his GCSEs and is competing in banger racing as well.

Ep.1 - Duncan Bell talks rugby, jiu jitsu, family and mental health
This is my very first podcast with a good friend of mine who happens to be an ex England rugby International, European Challenge cup winner, Jiu jitsu British Champion and generally a real cool guy to chat to! This was recorded just after new year but it took me some time to try and make the audio sound a bit better. Luckily its my audio that isn't so great but Duncans is much better, and he does most of the talking! - Hope you enjoy!
