Job Burnout, this one has affected me twice. What are the signs, how to avoid it, and what to do if you have it.

The passing of a pet has also affected my household as we had to put down our 15 year old dachshund Muffin. I'll be discussing how the passing affects us, the stages of grieving and the grieving process and when to know when to let go.

I also will be talking about, how to make your business Covid friendly, especially for the trainers.
