New Year same podcast! Thanks to everyone who has been listening over 2023! And to get right back into the swing of things we have Nick going through a back log of all the dreams that came through over the Christmas break!

When we grow older the urge to know your past becomes stronger. Once acts that were considered to be 'uncool' or not interesting are now an opportunity to understand where your family has come from in hopes to understand where we will end up.

Remember the times before responsibilites? Remember the days when you had money to do things? Some of us right now are living the dream but others think of a simpler time with less stuff holding them down.

Technology can be an amazing tool for humanity. Allowing us to reach new heights both physically and intellectually. We are at a unique cross roads where technology has the ability to become maladaptive in the wrong hands. Nick tries to discuss the impacts AI tools can have to our ability to connect through empathy.

The best part about sleep paralysis is you're never alone. I have this sleep paralysis gremlin named George. We have similar interests and hobbies. But the only problem is he eats my dreams and wants to feast on my inner most hopes. Other then that he's alright. Wait you're telling me that isn't normal? And that George doesn't really exist?
