Our system is a series of instructional videos which you can watch whenever you want to, they are available 24/7 so you can fit them around your working life.

The online sessions have been designed to be short and to the point – no unnecessary waffle or padding, but real hard content.

Each video is about 5 to 11 minutes long, so you get a short sharp blast of hard content. They are a mixture of a voiceover, slides and a workbook you download.

The workbook is key, as it not only contains a summary of every session, but practical examples to help your understanding and make creating your own action plan that much easier.

The workbooks are print friendly with no unnecessary use of colour or padding, so cost effective to print and environmentally friendly.
