Youth Talk with Kiilu Kiilu Nduhiu

This is 7months after shying off from my podcast; suffering from imposter syndrome and overthinking (the irony yeah). I basically talk about how being intentional about every aspect of my life brought forth a lot of clarity on the SELF; allowed me to move past my BS and kept me grinding. 

It was mad fun recording this; though very impromptu; I enjoyed it as well.

Being a first, it was a hectic yet fun process coming up with this content.

Over-emphasizing on your own flaws/imperfections/problems greatly affects one's confidence, self-esteem, Mental Health and even one's productivity. Worst case scenario, it leads to death.
