Emmanuel Little, Ph.D., currently serves as director of training and DEI Initiatives at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta. He led the Call Me MISTER (Mentors Instructing Students Toward Effective Role models) program at Georgia College. He led several initiatives for young men of color in higher education and several committees focused on leadership for diversity issues. His research interests revolve around support for historically marginalized and underrepresented students in higher education, particularly concerning access and opportunity. Specifically, his scholarship focuses on expanding the knowledge base that informs his work with these communities.

Emmanuel also thrives as a voice-over artist (aka “MannyVoices“) and podcaster (via The No Wednesday Podcast). He has also been known to dabble in poetry and rap music in his spare time as a creative outlet for his passions.
