She is also a Certified International Health Coach (CIHC), a Yoga Educator (CYT 500), and a Yoga Therapist. Monica has several mindfulness meditation certificates, a diploma in Adult Education, and understands the fundamentals of how adults learn, the neuroscience of behavior changes and how to regulate our nervous system in a world where stress is the norm.


Monica is a holistic health enthusiast, aspiring yogi, lover of nature and personal development junkie. She has just published her first book “A New Way to Be – Becoming RESILIENT one breath, habit and moment at a time. “
