Today Susan and I discuss 10 common neurotic habits and compulsions which keep a person away from their inner despair and anxiety. We explore how these habits differ from activity and pastimes, with a concrete thinking and narrow perspective based on claims and demands.

In this episode, we discuss how infantile sexual aggression distorts the ego development of psychic structures and interferes with the elaboration of aggression in fantasy as opposed to its direct expression in behaviour. The narcissistic grandiose self is established through aggression and fusion with a sadistic object. I am alone in my pain, rage, and fear, I will fuse with my tormentor and protect myself by destroying myself or my self-awareness (self-murdered). Inflicting pain and death onto others means. I don’t have to feel the pain again. Injustice gathering can be the easiest compromise. we touch on the idea of the docile feminine who looks and seeks at the saviour chivalrous male but resents him for her dependency and lack of independence within the relationship.

I continue my in-depth discussion with Susan guner regarding toxic femininity. We start to look at the sexual aspects of seduction, emotional distancing and manipulation to gain attention, love and get one`s need met via passive aggression. We highlight some examples and ways of how emotional entanglement, symbiosis and parental conditioning play out in the adult world in a relationship and the environment.

I discuss the first part of my PowerPoint presentation discussing the psychological and spiritual aspects of wearing a mask. What may be the underlying relation dynamics and conditions between those who wear a mask and those who don't? . Where do we stand in the experience of social distancing and muzzling of speech, externalising the internal prison for all to see.

Today I discuss with Susan Guner of Psychedelic Conversations the concept and effects of the "Toxic feminine", the spiritual possession of the medusa complex and anima /animus.  We delve into the spiritual and emotional dynamics between toxic femininity. 

The devouring and engulfing mother who castrates their children into obedience, submission and mechanical life. We explore the psychological aspects and similarities between micro-dosing and therapy, as both create greater emotional depth, awareness and creativity
