CONSCIOUS CONVO | EP #39 | Interactions on Social Media & Changing Perspectives
We're back folks!
It's been quite some time, but both Craig and I have been eager to get back to do doing what we love so much. The break has done us much good and in the coming podcasts we will go over what has been going on in our lives, both spiritually and physically.
In the 39th conversation of our podcast series, Craig and I sit down to discuss how focusing on self-care can lead to a sense of narcissism if the proper attention or awareness isn't given to our intention. We also discuss how to find balance in such platforms such as social media.
Enjoy!

CONSCIOUS CONVO | EP #34 | Perception of Reality, Segregation & Political Anger
In the 34th conversation of our podcast series, Craig and I sit down to discuss how our perception of reality is shaped by the conditioning that has been happening throughout our entire life, particularly in our childhood. We relate this to how we interact with the external world through what we deem as our boundaries. We also discuss how segregation occurs through setting a high value on our feelings and emotions, which ends up creating a bias, one-sided view. And how this is displayed through political anger.

CONSCIOUS CONVO | EP #33 | w/ Muz | Vulnerability, Anxiety as a Tool & Firefighting
In the 33rd conversation of our podcast series, Craig and I sit down with a special guest, Muz, who has been in contact with Craig over the last year or so. Muz is a firefighter and a property developer, and gives us an insight into his life in both fields. He talks about the need for spaces for men to talk about their experiences (especially when their job makes them see horrific sightings of death on a regular basis). He also talks about using anxiety as a tool to help with trusting the body at making split second decisions when lives are at stake, and how a near death stabbing at the age of nine helped shape his perspective in life.
