I never thought that I would become an administrator but I changed my mind at the intersection of my teaching career and decided to become certified as a principal because I got tired of trying to look for a mentor who shared my values. So I became that someone, that new kind of leader who values diversity.

Racial Microaggression Targeting in the classroom is never okay but I will teach you how to respond if you end up committing it unintentionally.
