    In today's episode, I got to finally sit down with the one and only Meghan McFerran. Meghan is the founder/creator of the dance inspired full body fitness class, CitySweat. Meghan was a dancer all her life, leading up to her professional dance career in New York where she was very successful, but then decided she wanted to create her own business that fused both dance + fitness into an awesome community. 

    We talk about Meghan's experience as a professional dancer, the birth of CitySweat, importance of community, viewing movement as a celebration and the importance of GLISTENING. Meghan is such a bright light in the fitness community and her energy truly is contagious. She has inspired so many people even beyond her CitySweaters and I can't wait for you to listen to her shine in this episode.
