All three are great podcast hosting solutions that can help house your podcast episodes and help you get listed with various podcast directories like Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts and Spotify.

Anchor will automatically submit your podcast episodes for you.  While, Buzzsprout and Libsyn require that you submit your rss feed on the front end of setting up your account.
