We can all fall into seasons where we lose track of the vital jobs to tackle. Unfortunately, falling into times of disorganisation can have a negative impact on not just our productivity, but that of your team too. Staying on top of your game is a vital part of seeing success as a leader. In this episode I share how I learned this lesson the hard way, and a few tips I use now a days to avoid the disorganisation pitfall.
