This episode is one you will want to listen to! We were honored to have Chef Minnie Nguyen who is a leader in the Sacramento restaurant industry with owning two Firehouse Crawfish locations, Station 38 Coffee, Station 16 Seafood Restaurant & Bar, and Station 8 Burger with her husband. After graduating from Sacramento State with a Social Science Degree she was asking what she wanted to do for a career and over a decade later she has created a legacy for her and her family in Sacramento. Minnie gives great information for anyone to learn from especially if you want to own your own restaurant or get involved in the restaurant industry at all. Also gives some of the harsh realities that entrepreneurs will have to face if they want to be successful in the restaurant industry. This is an incredible podcast and we were so excited to have her on the podcast. Congratulations on your pregnancy again Minnie!
