We talk all about his journey from the beginning all the way up to the 37th floor, via working for Gordon Ramsay, competing on Great British Menu and delivering beef wellingtons to people during lockdown. The recently launched tasting menus at Fenchurch sound absolutely fantastic and are well worth a look!
