The greatest bond we have on earth is the bond with our spouse. There is no mistaking that everything in our world, plus Satan and his demons, are trying to tear that apart. Divorce is not an option. God does not like divorce at all. He doesn't like it for any reason whatsoever. There seems to be some provision for divorce when there is abuse/abandonment and unfaithfulness with another person. But, even then, God would prefer it to be worked out and stay married if at all possible. No, you are right. This is not easy. It is very difficult. But by God's grace and both parties working towards the goal of honoring God, it CAN be done. 

Took a break from the Mark series for a weekend to talk about what happened when Moses met God face to back. It is quite a story and it could your story.

Have you lost your touch....your spiritual touch? Maybe you are out of touch with Jesus. When salt loses its savor, it pretty much worthless. It's not too different for us when we lose our spiritual vitality. It doesn't take much to lose it. When we get wrapped up in ourselves and we start following our own course with feet, hands, and eyes that is when we lose the power of Holy Spirit and we become somewhat useless for Jesus. What are your thoughts...listen.

Jealousy, coveting and pride are things we allow into our lives not realizing how devastating thy are to ourselves. It causes us to think poorly of others who often times are doing great things. Instead of being jealous of them, maybe we should give them a cup of water so they can continue doing the good things that God is doing through them. Choose humility.

Have you ever pretended to understand because you were afraid to ask. The disciples found themselves in the same situation. God knows what we are thinking and He knows what we need to know. Don't be afraid to ask God questions that you have of Him or why things are happening to you or others. He loves the questions and He loves the conversation.

Jesus was asked...."IF you can help me....." If????? God can do anything. But there are responsibilities on our part for that to happen.
