If you fancy a Duke but wonder if you have what it takes to break through those emotional barriers the way Daphne did, attachment styles might hold a few keys for you. In today's episode, we look at attachment styles with Bridgerton, Daphne and the Duke as a case study. Even if you didn't watch the show (okay there are a few spoilers) there is enough on attachment theory here for you to gain some awareness on what it is, how it may be affecting your relationships (ie, ever been bread crumbed by someone and not understand why? or are you always idealizing your exes or leaving perfectly good relationships) and what you can start to do about it, should you so choose.

While there is no one quick fix for emotional and relationship bliss, a little attachment theory can certainly explain some mystery behavior, and who knows, maybe you WILL find yourself a Duke, after all, should you so choose.
