مع الكم الهائل من المعلومات المنتشرة على الإنترنت ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، صار موضوع الدايت من بعيد صعب ومعقد، ويحتاج متطلبات كثيره! وأغلب الناس اللي يفكرون انهم يمشون فيه ينتهي مشوارهم اما بالملل او بالفشل، طيب ليش هذا الشي يصير؟ هل لان الناس غير ملمه بالوعي الصحي؟ او ان عزيمتها ما تكفي للالتزام بنظام غذائي؟ وهل الالتزام بنظام غذائي كافي بالاصل عشان يوصلنا للنتيجه المطلوبه فعلا او انه موضوع مبهرج للدايت؟ كلها اسئلة بنتناولها في الحلقه الاولى من افاكاتشي بودكاست ونحرص على مدكم بادق واوضح اجابه لها.
