Back in 2017 as I transitioned from a freelancer to wanting to grow an agency, I learnt (along with hundreds of other ad managers) the lead gen strategy to run ads “We don’t get paid unless you get results”.  I still see these ads in my newsfeed today and have ad managers in my communities who have also tried this method.

Performance based pricing models can work. I’ve had clients pay $10k/m+ thanks to this pricing model.
