"Mwelu": its my birthname, graciously given to me by my maternal grandmother. By Kamba tradition,"Mwelu" was my sweet grandma's name too. She named me after herself Rhoda Mwelu, Mwelu is a kamba name that mean "Brown skin girl," amazing right its the most beautiful name i know i have to syke me up heehehehe.
Most of us use our English name and forget about our middle names don't mistake me to someone who found the power of their native name long time ago i just found it and when i meet someone new i want them to remember me as "Mwelu Brown skin girl"
