Episode 11: Goodbyes and cries
First of all, I'm so sorry for the terrible audio on the last episode. That was my bad lol. Second, fair warning, I'm an emotional, processing mess in this episode because I had to say goodbye to some people I really, REALLY love and all the emotions hit today. This is also your reminder that it's okay to cry and to have emotions. I hope this can be a safe space for you to maybe feel comfort in being emotional. Episode 6: I had an idea
I was on my way home from work and I had an idea. DISCLAIMER: mentions of eating disorder. I do not personally have a diagnosed eating disorder, but I do struggle with eating meals all the time out of busyness, and I didn't know what else to refer to it as. I guess it's technically just disordered eating, which is technically different.
