We all at one point in time played leadership roles in our personal or professional lives. And maybe there is a high chance that we fell into one of the many leadership traps that exist in our modern culture today. Some of the common ones may be that we had to look strong and couldn’t admit a failure, or maybe we failed to tell the truth because we didn’t want to hurt someone’s feelings, or maybe we said something that offended someone when it wasn’t our intention. And these things happen more than often because there is an ideal leader portrayed in society.
