Today was all about self care + family. On the weekends Nicole and I do our best to just spend our time with the girls and enjoy some type of outing. That included going to hear Nicole speak at the Food Leaders Lab Culmination, going on a walk to the store with the girls, and even a quick trip to Wholefoods.
