He says that his top assignment is influencing the marketplace with a Christ-Like attitude and being an influencer in solving the problems of others. He also shares that one of the things that he is called to do as a business owner is to connect people with the resources they need, while also recognizing that he has been called to be an example of God's goodness and glory. Jeff shares that he was assigned to manage a lab and had a team working under him, but one day he had an encounter with the Lord where he was called out of the marketplace. He was then given a new assignment, which was to be a pastor.
