Episode 2: What keeps me going‪?‬ I Don't F*ckin' Know

    • Personal Journals

With September being National Suicide Prevention month and so many of us being affected by suicide I decided to kind of dedicate this episode to how I personally cope with setbacks and terrible times in my life. For many of you who don't know, I've struggled most my life. Not to say that I've had it any worse than any of you guys, just for me life has been difficult. Also wanted to point out I filmed this on September 11th, halfway through an 8 mile hike. Part of it was in remembrance, part because hiking and the wilderness is where I go to clear my head.

Being human is hard.

If you're feeling suicidal, please reach out to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, available 24 hours every day (chat & text available too). Trans Lifeline Hotline: US: 877-565-8860 -- Canada: 877-330-6366 -- Outside the US & Canada, check online resources in your country or the International Suicide Prevention wiki: http://suicideprevention.wikia.com/

Don't forget, if you're a Veteran there are programs to help. Currently https://www.vetsprevail.org/ has a program if you're struggling with the COVID-19 pandemic. Reach out. We have to be here for each other.
