    5. Courage / Hazel Fok in Hong Kong

Hazel is one of the founders of Earth Farm, an initiative to create a space of interaction between migrants and the Chinese population through farming in Hong Kong. She is an inspiration, though she remains very humble about her life. HAVE YOU SEEN THE PHOTOS ON THEIR INSTAGRAM PAGE? It's bubblinggggg with life. Earth Farm is one of the next destinations for my travels once COVID gets out of the equation. For now, follow Earth Farm on Instagram @_earthfarm and be amazed.

Thank you Oh My Rita! for the podcast music. They are, as always, my sunshine (And they have released another album recently!!):)

    2. Other things follow when you are bold and brave: Nazwa Tahsin in Dhaka, Bangladesh

    2. Other things follow when you are bold and brave: Nazwa Tahsin in Dhaka, Bangladesh

Nazwa is our guest today! I’m particularly fond of Nazwa and I like all of her social media posts (I wonder if she finds me strange? Maybe a little creepy. Ah, mad!) She is based in Dhaka where she is an entrepreneur and a researcher (among other things). Having never settled in a place, I struggle to find my belonging, but in her work, Nazwa illustrates we can create belonging—for ourselves and for others. Since last August, she and her team are facilitating dialogue between the indigenous communities in Bangladesh and the Bangali population in Bangladesh. Thank you Nazwa, for your courage.
You can reach Nazwa via email at nazwatahsin@gmail.com and you can find her project Beyond the Hills at @beyondthehills9 on Facebook. Check out their magazine! The full interview transcription is available here (www.herbitofmadness.com), and support my work on Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/herbitofmadness)!!  Thank you Oh My Rita! for the podcast music. 1. If marriage doesn't want me: Zahra Taghlaoui in Erfoud, Morroco

    1. If marriage doesn't want me: Zahra Taghlaoui in Erfoud, Morroco

Zahra Taghlaoui is from Erfoud. Born with a right hand and leg handicap, she is now the main assistant at Anouar Coordination of Associative Action which promotes the inclusion and awareness of diabetes and general disability in Erfoud. For those of you who don't know me, I see stuff when people talk. She's giggling as she bathes in the sunrise on the shores of a lake when she speaks of going to work before her family wakes up and returning home to find her family already asleep. "I cannot stay away from the organization!!" made me laugh. We need more people like her.

You can reach Zahra via email at zahrataghlaoui12@gmail.com and access the full interview transcription here (https://www.herbitofmadness.com) and support my work on Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/herbitofmadness)!!  Thank you Oh My Rita! for the podcast music. You are my sunshine:)
