Anne, whose aunt is terminally ill with stage 4 breast cancer, seeks advice on helping her cousin come to terms with her mother's impending death. Despite both being spiritually devout, Anne is concerned about moving her niece from denial to acceptance. June, discussing her own cancer journey, provides practical guidance and emotional support to assist the family, emphasizing the importance of presence and offering specific strategies for coping and support.

Sandy has been feeling attacked by many issues in her life. She wonders if she is responsible, or whether this is spiritual attack, or maybe it's something else. June helps her to work through the idea of trials and explores the issue of the occult as an influence in daily life. 

Vicky returns to Hope in the Night to work on forgiving her mother. She shares past wounds with June and June then leads her in a prayer of release. June follows with the suggestion to find some way the caller can serve her mother to bring healing.

Vanessa has insecurity as she looks at her history and her current life. June connects these feeling to shame and discusses the differences between guilt and shame. Identity is impacted by how we process our shame through the power of God. 

Victoria and Johnny have reconciled, 6 months after filing for divorce. June celebrates the good news and talks about how to heal further, including discussions of anger and forgiveness.

Rhonda has seen some changes in her church lately and is not sure whether to trust leadership there. June helps her to deal with these issues and asks her to consider choosing another church, where she may better use her gifts.
