How do you face your day when you have no zeal‪?‬ Quiet Mornings

This happens to the best to every last one of us. We get into a place where we do not want to do anything. We just want to lay in bed and do nothing but sit on social media, check emails, watch a movie and just don't want to talk to anyone, not even your kids.

Don't let the entire day go to waste without doing anything. Do something! Even if at the end of the day you only do 10% of your work, that entire day is not considered lost. Something was completed.

Even if it not your normal work routine, do something because doing something may just spike your energy levels to get into your work at hand. Just don't let an entire day go to waste laying in bed and being consumed with social media, movies, emails etc.
