We want to bridge big questions with personal experience and anecdotes, because that’s really all we’re qualified to talk about.

In My Experience #10 | Reflection on 2020 and goals for 2021: A Cliché New Year's Episode
In this episode, we talk about the ways in which 2020 was horrible, but also some of the ways that it was kinda okay. Specifically, reflecting on how we did at accomplishing the goals we set for the past year. We also look forward to 2021 and discuss what we hope to do in the next year. Some of the more prominent topics include rest, mood tracking, exercise, relationships, and religious practices.
