I sit down and chat to Sarah Bell (Bloom and treasure), a Doula based in Sussex, all about what her job role entails, and her experiences along the way.
We cover everything from the differences between a Doula and a midwife to orgasming during labour!

Hello and happy Monday!
I'm so excited to have finally launched episode 1. For the first episode, I sit down and chat to my friend, Millie Wooton-Davy, a like-minded 21 year old, all about the global climate crisis and Extinction Rebellion.
Whilst we are both massively in support of the movement, I feel it is important to challenge your own beliefs and question, is this all right? So we did exactly that.
We discuss the pressures placed upon the individual, the movement as a whole, and how German Beer tastes.
