Lend me your attention while I attempt to Un-Mask disparities and in-equality in ways that I've seen it manifest in fields of interest. At the surface, people often assume disparity and in-equality to be a negative. It is undeniably true that differences can be the factor that make or break a situation. Let's dive into some of the good and bad of this obsession in contemporary society.  

Let's decode the mask and explain how society chooses to display or not display a mask. *WARNING* I say mask more times than I said "uhm" in the first episode. 

In this first installation, I take time to describe influencers upon my life that have driven me to become more vocal, which is a 180 transformation from originally being an always notably reserved person. Thank you for your time.
