Helen Hinton, Coombe Hill spokesperson for the Kingston Independent Residents Group, catches up with James Giles, Beverley campaigner on the recent Council meeting that saw controversial constitutional changes passed - changes which included increasing a call-in petition threshold from 100 signatures to over 2300.
