Today is just an update about being able to run a little longer than the week before, and a magical food that gives me a ton of energy.

In an attempt to enjoy training for next year's marathon I thought it would be a wonderful idea to get hypnotized to enjoy running. On this week's episode, hypnotherapist Daniel Ryan from The Center for Integrative Hypnosis. I asked Daniel if he could hypnotize me to enjoy training, and it turns out that hypnotherapy doesn't work like it does in the movies. In this update I talk about an actual milestone that I am very proud of! I also talk about my buddy Tom who is getting married this weekend, and wrote me a very thoughtful email hours after I published my first episode!
