Ginni Saraswati owner of Ginni Media and born in  Sri Lanka, learned early on the importance of setting firm boundaries with her time and finances. Something many women of colour struggle with. She talks about 'Browndaries' and shares her insights on how to navigate and create healthy boundaries being a woman of colour and as an employee and a CEO, going against the Sri Lankan emphasis on generosity.

Andrea Fimian CEO of Fips Consulting talks with Pinky about bridging the procurement gap for small diverse businesses. Whatever companies do internally, they must consider supplier biases too. Women owned businesses are out there and we deserve a chance, besides we add $2.7 Trillion to the annual economy and employ 12.2 million people so why wouldn't you buy from us? Be open and people buy from people.
