2020 is officially over and after all the struggles that we faced collectively, we also need to reflect on the good and what we want to carry into the new year. It is very important to me to go into each new year with setting your intentions, so I discuss the process that I go through to do so.

Today we pull from the Animal Kingdom Oracle Deck, by Kim Crans. I pulled a Mouse and go into the details of how this energy was present prior to the recording of the podcast then dive into how that can also be reflected in the topic of Social Media. I also give an update on my Social Media detox and how that's affected my mental health.

This week I deleted the social media apps off my phone. In this episode I talk about how that has impacted my everyday life and thoughts on how it's going.
