Get to know yourself by writing your story

I share a secret guilt and regret that I've carried with me for years. One that I can no longer make right with the person that it impacted. It's now all an inside job to be able to use that experience as a way to fuel myself forward. How I can take my biggest regret and make it my biggest growth opportunity? Sometimes our actions aren't pretty, self judgement is a real thing that could cripple you - it has me. The ego is a tough thing to face. However the price you pay by letting it win could echo on to your grave. With all death is rebirth..  

Having a baby comes with its own set of struggles. Katie and I discuss and adjust our position as new parents together. We go over our navigation through this chapter and calibrate our intentions moving forward. There's a beauty in the blessing of being able to be open and free with each other to grow as a unit consciously. Sit and join in on our practice of compromise, goal setting and fulfillment. 

Fourth agreement: always do your best.

Self check ins for me are something I require in order to keep my mental state healthy, and calm. I talk my way through my habit of doing this frequently.
