Morning Worship - The first Sunday after Easter

A meditative service of words and music led by the Venerable Dr Gordon Kuhrt. Instead of a sermon there is an extended narrative for contemplation, from the Gospel of St John, of the latter trials of Jesus and the crucifixion story. The intercessions are based on the last words of Jesus from the cross.

Revd Jonathan Hawkins leads us through this service of Holy Communion from The Book of Common Prayer within St Nicholas church, Kingsey. To close, Psalm 22 is read as the Eucharistic table is stripped.
