How different between Myanmar and Western diets!
Green tea without sugar in Myanmar but with sugar and milk in Western.
Heavy breakfast and complete meals lunch in Myanmar but small breakfast and sandwich lunch in Western.
Full vegetables medium meals dinner in Myanmar but big dinner in Western.
Waterly soup in Myanmar but concentrated soup in Western. -

Intermittent fasting (eating time 8 hours, fasted 16 hours)
I start my big brunch at 10:30 with healthy foods
I have my dinner at 5:30 also with healthy foods
No drink with sugar
Sometime I also have shitty foods as a human but can't eat shitty foods all the time -
