Plastic shipping envelopes (without labels) and deflated plastic packaging bubbles
Plastic wrap on water or soda cases, napkins, paper towels, disposable cups, toilet paper, pads, and tampons
Soft plastics you CANNOT recycle:
Frozen food bags
Candy bar or granola bar wrappers
