100首美国诗歌，陪伴您整个2021，大家好我是马卓毅，今天继续为大家朗读一首来自罗伯特·弗罗斯特的诗歌《雪夜林边小驻》，这首诗写于1922年的冬季，当时他正在佛蒙特州沙夫茨伯里的家里（现为罗伯特·弗罗斯特纪念馆）撰写最著名的诗集之一《新罕布什尔》。有一天他完成这篇长诗时已将近早上，他走出房门观赏日出，突然灵感一现，在几分钟之内顺利写下了这一首诗。
Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening

Whose woods these are I think I know.  
His house is in the village though;  
He will not see me stopping here  
To watch his woods fill up with snow.  
My little horse must think it queer  
To stop without a farmhouse near  
Between the woods and frozen lake  
The darkest evening of the year.  
He gives his harness bells a shake  
To ask if there is some mistake.  
The only other sound’s the sweep  
Of easy wind and downy flake.  
The woods are lovely, dark and deep,  
But I have promises to keep,  
And miles to go before I sleep,  
And miles to go before I sleep.
