102. Can You (Really) Feel the LOVE? Celebrating the 100th Episode Part 2 The Midlife Connection for WMN

Ep 102  - 100th Episode Celebration Part 2; Can You (Really) Feel the LOVE? In Ep 100, I started you out on the humility journey, and I wanted to make sure I shared more.
I have felt love in my love - the love of a parent, a child, a sibling, a dear friend…
Sometimes - love is all you need, perhaps even all you desire, and occasionally, love just is not enough. 
In February, there is a LOT of talk about love, pink and red roses, chocolate, ok we can’t fault chocolate for getting dragged into a self-limiting belief of the construct of the marketing extravaganza (known as Valentine’s Day). Chocolate is good and does not need to be limited to Feb 14th.
Personally, I believe we can and should bring love to the important people in our lives every single day. Am I alone in this?
How to TRULY Feel the Love in Your Life
In this Episode, Hillary will discuss:
Ask yourself - why am I eating/drinking/doing THIS right now?
Is there an emotion I am trying to NUMB instead of feel and let it flow through its course?

Get outside 20 minutes/day - UNPLUGGED Or, I have another option for you.
Spend time in stillness and silence - start with 5 minutes/day and build up to 20 minutes. This IS HARD!
