#104: How I made sure to get enough calories in during adversity Recovering with Danie | Eating Disorder Recovery Podcast

Life has thrown A LOT at me lately. If you don't follow me on Instagram and don't know what's going on: I dislocated my jaw and can barely chew any foods... If you have an eating disorder you may now have a little voice in your head saying "I wish what were me...", but I no longer have an eating disorder and the fact that I could barely eat did not make me happy in any way. It's exhausting and painful, yet I also know I need to make sure to get enough calories. So how did I do it? I tell you all about it in this episode. Because whatever life throws at you, you do NOT need to go back to your eating disorder ways, and I want you to know that it is possible to not even want to go back there.
