We still blame Razi
Well if you like to hear us disagree you are going to love this episode again. We took disagreeing to a whole other level. The Brothers were heated. We open discussing the Fox News/Dominion settlement and firing of Tucker Carlson and Don Lemon. Biden is officially running for reelection and we are underwhelmed. Razi gives us a news rundown and we discuss attack of the yams and he sneaks a question in. John Laguezamo is boycotting Super Mario Bros and Razi wants to know should there be "representation" in the movie at all? Then he gets his official question and asks for the brothers reactions to the viral video of a teacher fighting a student after she tried to take her phone back from the teacher. That leads to a discussion of whether training can affect peoples feelings and responses. Buff gets next question and asks do black people buy into negative stereotypes of ourselves and why. We close congratulating Snowfall's finale and reminding everyone about Mothers Day is coming up soon. Finally, Ferg wants everyone to stop looking for black on black crime responses because we don't call it that; so you can't google it. Enjoy!

We got the beef
Kendrick Lamar and Drake are beefing and the brothers are here for it! But before we get into the beef we discuss the Boy Scouts of America changing their name and rules for admission. The big question is who is going to own the corners between them and the girl scouts. We discuss social security running out of money and Trumps legal worries. Razi wants a flamethrower but Ferg shoots him down. They also share their thoughts on the concept of coolness in hip-hop and mention rappers they consider to be cool. We finally get to the beef and talk about who won and why. We stay on hip hop and Ferg asks who are our 5 coolest rappers outside of their rap persona. The conversation touches on artists like Snoop Dogg, Outkast, LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes, E-40, and more. We also touch on the concept of authenticity and how it contributes to someone's coolness. We close talking about recent events in boxing and the upcoming UAB Black Alumni Gala. Ferg is feeling some way about everyone making Cyclops the bad guy in X-Men '97. Enjoy everyone!

What is normal anyway?
We are back again and open with the TV show BMF, the rivalry between Apple and Samsung, the FTC's ban on non-competes, and the NFL draft. We also touch on Reggie Bush getting his Heisman trophy back and the use of the Guardian cap to reduce head injuries in football. Buff asks what is a normal Republican. Ferg gets us into full blown conspiracy theory territory. He wants to know what theories do we wish were true or think are actually true. We close discussing the Ukraine war, Justice Sotomayor's potential retirement, and a couple of family achievements. Ferg encourages listeners to cherish their relationships with their parents and have open conversations with them as we mourn the loss of Melvin Johnson, Sr.

We got next (live)
The brothers are back for another live session as we prepare to hit the Rick Ross Symphony in Birmingham.
We open discussing keto diet's impact on mental health, the Biden administration's efforts to bring broadband internet to rural areas, and a transgender middle school girl winning the right to compete in sports. Razi brings up the the Good Times reboot and the Donald Trump hush money trial. Ferg wants to discuss the X-Men 97 animated series. We then delve into the WNBA, discussing the excitement surrounding the draft and the issue of fair pay for women athletes. The conversation explores various topics related to women's sports, gender equality, and societal expectations. We also discuss the criticism faced by women athletes, whether they are really ready to have the spotlight of male fans, and the need for equal representation in sports media. Of course we have to touch on the financial aspects of the WNBA and the challenges it faces as a business. As we close, Buff is still on his good journalism campaign and mentions their reporting on Caz Craffy stealing veterans money. Razi reacts to the Detroit Hollywood type sign. It's a guys trip for us. So enjoy as we did!

What are the odds?
We are back as always with another one. We open discussing da juice. Our hearts go out to Reggie Brown. Razi brings up the Jonathan Majors sentence. The conversation then shifts to the X-Men animated series, gun control, and controversial abortion laws in Arizona. We jump into the questions and Ferg asks what three talking points will be most important in the presidential election. Razi asks us does age really matter in relationships and love after seeing Aoki Simmons young (old) beau. Buff wants three difficult issues that the black community is facing. We close touching on the importance of supporting female-led projects and the need to address the Israel problem. We acknowledge our own biases and encourage listeners to be open-minded and supportive of diverse perspectives.

What I love about you
We're back this week and discuss Beyonce's new album, the WNBA, and the future of women's sports. We also mention the controversy surrounding Florida's abortion ban and the potential impact of social media on women athletes. Buff asks the brothers what they love about each other. That leads to some heartfelt conversations about friendship and family, loyalty, balance, intelligence, and strength. We close discussing the importance of being there for one another and supporting each other through difficult times. Ferg ends with a reminder to prioritize mental health and check in on friends and loved ones as we mourn the loss of a fraternity brother.
