Self Care is very important and essential especially now more than ever.  In this episode Tiera discusses the power of saying no and putting yourself first and not feeling guilty about it.  There is power in saying no. Saying no is not an act of selfishness at all. Many times saying no is in fact an act of self care. In this episode I empower you to have the courage and the strength to say no so that preserve yourself and your well being. All of us know that saying no is hard at times but at the end of the day, it is necessary.  
Self care is crucial and Self-care is important to maintaining healthy relationships with yourself and others. It means doing things to take care of your mind, body, and soul.  You can do this by engaging in activities that promote your well-being and that reduces your stress. Self care enhances your ability to live fully, vibrantly, and effectively. The practice of self-care also reminds you and others that your needs are valid and a priority.
