Nate Ohlrich is the Founder of Red Elm Capital LLC. He is an active real estate investor in multiple deals in various asset classes in the Midwest. His experience spans from B/C Class Multifamily value-add investing to triple net retail investment properties, as well as single-family homes and hospitality syndications.
Nate adds value to each transaction as a prior business owner, having experience as an owner/landlord and a tenant/lessee.
Nate holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He enjoys spending time with his family, Husker football, and being outdoors.
Nathan Ohlrich is a licensed commercial broker for Cascade Commercial in Omaha, Nebraska.
