A quick fix when you feel burnt out The Book of Wellbeing

This feeling happens to all of us, when we’re burning the candle at both ends and we’re doing too much both in the physical world and the world of our mind. When we’re focused too much on the outside and not enough on ourselves and our own needs. In this episode I talk through the feelings of burn out and overwhelm and how we can get through it by slowing down and by practicing self care. If we go more lightly through day to life we will make it easier and more enjoyable with more energy to do the things we want to do!
