In this episode, I talked about how I think I got my Anxiety Disorder.

I've also talked about the first step in managing your Anxiety Disorder which is Acceptance. Self Acceptance is very important for your recovery process from Anxiety Disorder.

Acceptance is not about you accept the facts that you have mental health issues and do nothing about it! Acceptance is you accept that you have a mental health issue, and creating the plan, strategizing and goals for recovery.

By accepting the fact that you had Anxiety Disorder, it can make us plan on the next step of recovery. By accepting the facts that after all the "doctor shopping", the people that are specialists in their fields saying that nothing is wrong with you is important!

Consistent and persistent is the key! I also answer a question on what to do if you have an attack by using the Grounding technique. 3 Grounding technique that I always used are:

1. 5,4,3,2,1 Method

2. Boxed Breathing

3. STOP!
