One MAJOR TIP to accelerate your growth as a creator! | Morning Roast | Ep. 161

A common theme among creatives priding ourselves on being “perfectionists” – focusing on every little detail, & analyzing the things that no one sees. But the truth is, perfectionism can limit your growth & cause you to stagnate. It can make you decide to not release work or to give up in fear of not living up to your expectations.  In this episode, we called our friend JR Strickland – an award-winning VFX artist to discuss how letting go of perfectionism can open up new doors for creatives. We discuss the value of knowing when your work is good enough, accepting mistakes, & the importance of receiving feedback.
